Every Wednesday, we hold ‘Foreign Staff Study Sessions’ for our foreign staff. While studying Japanese culture and business etiquette of Japan, our foreign staff study with each other to understand and resolve questions they have while working as a foreign employee.
Our foreign staff meet with their boss or human resources department staff at least once every month. During then, we check not only what the staff are troubled and worried about in their daily lives but also how well the staff are accomplishing their own Japanese language learning and goals.
By also taking health consultations, you can be assured as well.
